All employees receive regular personal training from Mrs Ziegelbauer, who is responsible for hygiene.

Hotel rooms
  • Our employees work with a mask and gloves. They keep a minimum distance of 1.5 metres from guests.
  • Every room is disinfected after being cleaned and the door handles are also disinfected again from both sides when the room is vacated.
  • In each departure room we leave the ozone ventilation unit running for 4-5 hours and open the windows in order to ensure that all bacteria, viruses and mites in the room are eliminated (including in the mattresses/chairs/curtains).
  • A vacuum steam cleaner is used for carpet cleaning – so that every fitted carpet is disinfected with 100% hot steam.

  • The spa area can be booked by the hour, thus ensuring that only a couple or individual person are ever present.
  • Disinfection cloths are provided in the spa area.
  • The spa area is disinfected daily after cleaning by our cleaning staff.
  • The area is always disinfected after each beauty and massage treatment.
  • Our therapists also always wear masks during treatments.
  • A vacuum steam cleaner is used to clean the floors – so every floor is disinfected with 100% hot steam.

  • Guests and staff are separated by a glass screen at reception.
  • We disinfect key fobs before handing them over.

  • In the foyer there is a touch-free disinfectant dispenser located centrally to all accessible public spaces.
